Trauma is stored in the body so one way to truly relax is through massage therapy. We’ll indulge in a spa day to help release your trauma and decompress.
Sound baths change your brainwave patterns and help release any negative emotions and feel more in tune with higher vibrations. Close your eyes and soak up our soothing sound waves.

With over a decade in advocacy and activism, I’ve dedicated my life to creating a world free from violence. As a survivor, I realized how rare it is to find spaces for true, holistic healing—not just physical but mental, emotional, and spiritual. This realization inspired me to create Survivors Rise, a community for connection, safety, and restoration.
My journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Navigating my own trauma, a brain tumor diagnosis, and the emotional weight of working as a Gender-Based Violence Specialist taught me the importance of nervous system regulation and self-soothing. Through somatic practices and tools, I found my inner strength —and now, I’m here to help you do the same.

Nadiya inspires those around her through the transformative power of yoga and sound healing. Since starting her practice in 2007, yoga has not only been her passion but her purpose, leading her to teach over 2,000 hours of classes from Mexico, Jamaica, to Costa Rica and Columbia. Nadiya blends movement, breath, and meditation, leaving you feeling both grounded and reenergized.
With certifications in various yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Chair Yoga, she leads blended yoga and sound healing classes, workshops, and meditations with various sound healing/high frequency instruments such as chimes, crystal sound bowls, ocean drums, and Tibetan sound bowls. Nadiya will help you find peace, connection, and healing through somatic, soulful body movement.
As a mental health expert, Robin has dedicated her career to supporting communities through research and care. As the Director of the African Population Behavioural Research Institute, she focuses on human-centered solutions, ensuring that people from diverse backgrounds receive customized, trauma-informed care.
From helping individuals affected by intimate partner violence to ensuring youth can access HIV and reproductive health services, Robin strives to co-create safe, nurturing spaces where resilience thrives. Her warmth is felt by those who meet her and her calming presence is undeniable.
